Currently, there are 120 teaching staff of the college, including 97 full-time teachers and 5 postdoctoral staff, among which there are 33 doctoral tutors, 53 tutors of academic masters and 73 tutors of professional masters. There are 38 senior staff, containing 6 second-level professors and 11 third-level professors. In addition, there are 32 associate professors and associate researchers, 6 senior experimenters and 8 senior veterinary doctors serving in the college. We aslo introduced a number of talents, including 2 distinguished professors of the Chang Jiang Scholars Program, 3 special professors of Zhujiang Scholars in Guangdong Province, a Young Zhujiang Scholar, 4 winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 2 professors of the Support Program for Outstanding Talents in the New Century, 2 National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers, a winner of the Sinorama Engineering Science and Technology Award and 2 talents of the National Special Support Program for High-level Talents. What’s more, we hold the Chang Jiang Scholars Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education as well as the outstanding talents and their innovation group in the agricultural scientific research.
