Biography
Dr. Lei Hongtao, a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor, has been honored as the Young Innovation Leader of the National High-level Talent Special Support Program, the Young Science and Technology Innovation Leader of the National Innovation Talent Promotion Program, and the Science and Technology Innovation Leader of the Guangdong Special Support Program. He also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Food Science and Engineering Teaching Steering Committee of higher Education institutions under the Ministry of Education. Additionally, he is a member of the National Food and Nutrition Graduate Education Steering Committee, Vice Chairman of the Agricultural Product Processing and Storage Engineering Committee of Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering, Vice Chairman of Guangdong Food Society, Chief Scientist for agricultural product quality and safety common key technology innovation team in Guangdong modern agricultural industry system.
