束刚,男,1979年出生, 动物科学学院教授,博士,博士生导师,动物营养与饲料科学系主任。畜牧兽医学会动物生理生化分会理事和广东省生理学会常务理事。广东省重点领域研发计划项目首席科学家,2014-2015年在美国贝勒医学院儿童营养中心访问学者;2017年入选 “丁颖人才支持工程”;获广东省生理学会优秀中青年人才奖(2018年)和2019动物营养与饲料科学“颐和”青年创新奖。目前研究方向包括:(1)氨基酸代谢中间产物的感应;(2)微生物发酵饲料及氨基酸代谢中间产物制备;(3)畜禽肠道益生菌筛选和鉴定。先后主持国家自然科学基金3项,广东省重点领域研发计划项目1项,广东省自然科学基金1项和省部产学研及企业横向课题各1项;973和十三五重点研发骨干各3项;参加国家自然科学基金3项、广东省自然科学基金团队项目和国家“973”子项目等多项国家和省部级项目。以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Molecular Psychiatry (2021), Nature Metabolism (2020), EMBO J (2020), EMBO R (2019), Cell reports (2016, 2017), Metabolism (2018), FASEB Journal (2018)和Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry (2014)等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇,参编教材2部,参译1部,申报国家发明专利8件,授权2件。
