2.昆虫病原真菌、寄主害虫与植物三者间的互作关系:研究昆虫病原真菌侵染杀虫的分子机理(相关致病基因的筛选及其功能解析等,杀虫毒素等次生代谢产物的生物合成代谢及其调控机制),真菌侵染害虫的寄主专化性机制,及寄主植物影响真菌侵染、杀虫的分子机制。
3.杀虫微生物资源的收集、评价与菌株的改良:收集国内外的杀虫微生物菌株并进行相关评价,筛选靶标基因用于基因修饰、菌株致病性和抗逆性等方面的改良。研究昆虫病原真菌杀虫剂的剂型、田间应用技术。
