| 利用2020年中国乡村振兴调查（CRRS）数据，探讨了数字乡村发展对农村老年人健康水平的影响。研究发现：第一，数字乡村发展能够提升农村老年人健康水平。乡村经济数字化、乡村治理数字化、乡村生活数字化及乡村基础设施数字化均提升了农村老年人健康水平，其中乡村经济数字化对农村老年人健康影响的边际效应最小。第二，数字乡村发展通过助力乡村经济、乡村治理和乡村生活提升农村老年人健康水平。第三，数字乡村发展对老年人健康水平的影响效应在农村老年人性别、学历、村庄地理位置和村庄地势四个方面存在异质性。基于以上结论，本文认为应全面推动数字乡村建设，助力乡村治理、乡村生活和乡村经济，以提升农村老年人健康水平，积极应对人口老龄化，促进健康中国发展。 |

| Using the data of China Rural Revitalization Survey (CRRS) in 2020, this paper discusses the impact of digital rural development on the healthy level of rural elderly and its mechanism. The findings are: First, the development of digital countryside can improve the health level of rural elderly. The digitalization of the rural economy, the rural governance, the rural life and the rural infrastructure have all improved the health level of rural elderly, and the marginal effect of the digitalization of rural economy on the health of the rural elderly is minimal. Second, digital rural development improves the health of rural elderly by helping rural economy, rural governance and rural life. Third, the impact of digital rural development on the health level of the elderly is heterogeneous in three aspects: village geographical location, village topography and whether to participate in pension insurance. Based on the above conclusions, this paper holds that digital rural construction should be comprehensively promoted to help rural governance, rural life and rural economy, so as to improve the health level of rural elderly, actively cope with population aging, and promote the development of healthy China. |
