Personal profile.
Male, PhD, Professor, PhD supervisor, member of the first national science and technology expert committee of the Xinghai Sea, and director of the ninth China Aquatic Society. He is currently the director of the Guangzhou Comprehensive Experimental Station of the National Bulk Freshwater Fish Industry Technology System, a member of the First Expert Committee of the National Alliance for Science and Technology Innovation in Non-Resistant Industries, an expert of the Agricultural Industrialization Branch of the Chinese Society of Agriculture, a member of the Expert Committee of the Key Laboratory for Sustainable Utilization of Marine Living Resources in the South China Sea of the Chinese Academy of Fisheries Science, and a member of the Engineering Technology Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Aquaculture Engineering Technology Research Center for Quality Environmental Protection. With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology's Starfire Project and the Ministry of Agriculture's Modern Agricultural Industry Technology Project, the company has made a series of original achievements in clarifying and constructing the phylogenetic relationship between fish molecules in the family of Stonefish, analyzing the causes and genetic structure of the differentiation of long-rumped shadfish species in the Pearl River basin by using simplified genomic methods, cracking the bottleneck of large-scale breeding of long-rumped shadfish by using nutrient regulation and freezing gametes, relieving the vulnerable situation of long-rumped shadfish resources, and creating hybrid shadfish species that can eat artificial materials and are suitable for national promotion. He has published more than 40 SCI papers in Science of The Total Environment, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Fish & Shellfish Immunology and other important international journals in this field, edited 1 monograph and 5 co-edited articles, obtained 6 authorized invention patents, and trained more than 40 master's and doctoral students in total. The company actively responded to the central government's call to use scientific and technological knowledge to help the poor with precision, and was honored twice (2017/2019) by the China Association for Science and Technology as a national advanced individual in science and technology to help the poor with precision, which won wide social praise.

The first place was awarded with five awards in Guangdong Province: (1) Research on the introduction and artificial breeding of Mist Yellow-colored Catfish, third prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress in 2012; (2) Research and application of artificially induced grouper sexual reversal technology, second prize of Guangdong Provincial Agriculture Promotion in 2012; (3) Research on the introduction and artificial breeding technology of Mist Yellow-colored Catfish, second prize of Guangdong Provincial Agriculture Promotion in 2013; (4) Research and demonstration of key artificial breeding technology of hybrid snakeheads, third prize of Guangdong Provincial Agriculture Promotion in 2014; (5) Demonstration and promotion of efficient breeding technology of some bulk freshwater fish, second prize of Guangdong Provincial Agriculture Promotion in 2015. The second ranking was awarded 1 prize in Zhejiang Province: the mtDNA partial sequence was used to reveal the molecular phylogeny of the four types of seawater fish of the perch species, and in 2009, the third prize was awarded for the scientific research results of Zhejiang University.
