Personal profile:

Xin Qixing, male, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, born in October 1965, master's degree, associate researcher, is currently the party secretary of the College of Oceanography, mainly engaged in party affairs and education management research, and won two first prizes for teaching achievements in Guangdong Province.    


Awards, honorary titles:

In 1998, he was awarded the title of “Advanced Worker” by the Personnel and Labor Department of the Ministry of Agriculture;

In 2005, he was awarded the title of “Excellent Party Worker” by the Committee of the South China Agricultural University.

In 2010, he won the first prize of teaching achievements in Guangdong Province; in 2010, he won the third prize of Zhaoqing Science and Technology Award;

In 2011, he was awarded the title of “Excellent Party Workers and Public Servant Models” of the Committee of the South China Agricultural University of the Communist Party of China;

In 2012, he was awarded the title of “Managing Advanced Individuals in Education” by South China Agricultural University;

In 2014, he won the first prize of teaching achievements in Guangdong Province;

In 2015, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member” by the Committee of the South China Agricultural University.    


Scientific research project;

1. To preside over the People-oriented scientific assistance mechanism for impoverished students in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province;

2. Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province, “Study on the Knowledge Innovation Management Model of Higher Education Institutions in Guangdong Province”, and participated in many educational research projects.    


Published papers:

He has published 6 papers in the first-level museum publications and more than 10 papers in other journals.
