A delegation of teachers and students from Prince of Songkla University in Thailand visited Marine College

In May 21st, four teachers and students from Prince of Songkla University and Thailand delegation visited Marine College. Vice Secretary Zheng Darui of the Party Committee of our college attended the meeting. He cordially received four teachers and students from Prince Songka University in Thailand and gave a speech of welcome. During the meeting, representatives of both sides exchanged gifts as souvenirs.
Prince Sonka University in Thailand was founded in 1967, located in the southern province of Sonka, Thailand, is a national comprehensive university. Our school has established a good cooperative relationship with Prince of Songkla University in Thailand for a long time. During the talks, the two sides briefed each other on the basic situation of each college. They had extensive exchanges and friendly talks on the campus characteristics, personnel training, discipline construction and development, cooperation and exchange, etc. The atmosphere of the talks was warm.
Following the meeting, Mr. Wang Er led the team, accompanied by graduate students Liu Mei and Xiao Shiqiang, Prince Sonka University of Thailand visited the 3-6 floors of our research platform and the basement aquaculture system of the Academy of Animal Sciences building, while visiting the campus landscape. The next day, Zhao Huihong led the team to visit the Dongyang aquaculture base and the Guangdong tilapia fine seed farm. During this period, Liu Fuyongzhong, director of the Fishery Germplasm Conservation Center, introduced the basic situation of the fine seed farm and the current situation of the fishery seed resources in Guangdong, and accompanied him to visit the basic equipment of the fine seed farm, such as fish ponds and breeding boxes.
On the morning of May 24, in order to further deepen exchanges and study, Vice Secretary Zheng Darui of the Party Committee of our college and Mr. Wang Er accompanied the teachers and students of Prince Songka University in Thailand to visit the excellent Polar Ocean World. A large number of rare polar animals and marine life, rare polar animals in China and brilliant performances make people overwhelmed, leaving a deep impression on the party.
The two-week exchange study not only deepened the understanding between the teachers and students of Prince Sonka University in Thailand, but also strengthened the foundation of future exchanges and cooperation between the two schools, and forged a profound friendship between them. June 2, in a sentence of farewell, the small partners give each other gifts, ending this unforgettable communication journey.
