Professor Xiong Hua came to our College for Academic Exchange

Professor Xiong Hua gave an academic report entitled "Application of Rice Processing Technology Based on Micro Capsule Enzyme in Food and Feed〞. In the report, Professor Xiong introduced the application of microcapsule, production process of lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic functional food material, preparation of micro and nano carrier and its applications in food, and key technology of high value utilization. After the report, the teachers and students exchanged their opinions actively and creatively with Professor Xiong. The lecture lasted two hours and inspired the teachers and students a lot.
   
The teachers and students in our college is mainly devoted to the studies on feed additives and feed processing technology. The academic exchange activity developed a new vision for every attender and encouraged them to apply processing technology more to the feed processing industry, which benefited the teachers and students a lot.
