It is the Dominican state institution responsible for the execution of the agricultural research policy of the Dominican Republic.The IDIAF was created as a decentralized body of the Dominican State, through Law 289 of 1985. It has a state-of-the-art communication computer platform, capable of responding quickly and effectively to new research demands, both from producers as well as agroindustries in the areas of action that are defined.
